Port Hedland Project // announcement
Minpac has recently secured a 6 Ha prime accommodation site in Port Hedland. Fully DA approved and housing up to 850 people, the camp will soon be open to forward contracts sales. The camps boasts an excellent location bolstered by Minpacs build quality and high finish level.
Plans include two pools, a separate cafe, tennis and basket ball courts and extensive recreational facilities. The Village also offers a variety of room types and letting options from large self-contained 2 bedroom apartment style suites to spacious single living quarters.

Roma Camp Complete//
May 2013 has seen the handover and occupation of Minpac's 71 room camp within the Santos Roma LNG fields. The camp was completed on-time within the 15 week program, and will facilitate construction works onsite for Walton Constructions.
The sites soil conditions proved challenging as was the Summer heat. The team never-the-less worked safely and cooperatively to deliver another outstanding camp, again raising the bar for professionalism and workmanship in the field. Many thanks and well done to Ben Knott, Trent Davis, Dan Knott and all the guys for another job well done.

Fairview Completion //
In August 2012 Minpac Properties saw the construction completion and handover of the Walton Pty Ltd camp in Fairview, Qld The camp is fully self-contained and features a commercial kitchen, gym, wet mess, and theatre, games room, reading room, internet room and medical treatment facilities. In total the camp caters for 62 rooms in 29 buildings including sewage treatment plants, generators and potable water supply.
The camp was delivered and handed-over for occupation within 3 months of contract execution as a fully custom designed and built project.
Minpac contractors have maintained excellent productivity whilst adhering to the highest standards of safety.
